SIZING
While there is no strict industry standard to shoe sizing, our sizes are comparable to most popular dress shoe brands.
WIDTHS
Our men’s sizes run in D width, and our women’s sizes run in B width. However, you may contact Customer Care to request any width between AAAA and EEEEE, for an additional $25 charge.
FIT TRIAL PAIR
If you feel unsure about how your custom shoe will fit,
you may opt to have a size-trial pair shipped to you. As
long as the size-trial pair is returned in reasonable condition
(minimal wear) we will only bill you for the shipping. Please contact Customer Care to place an order.
CUSTOM FIT
Custom fittings are available through Otabo. Please contact Customer Care for details and pricing.
DELIVERY
Most custom orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks, including monogrammed orders.
Orders with custom designed embroidery and laser etching may take up to 4 weeks
to ship.
RETURN POLICY
As each pair of shoes is made-to-order based on your personal selection of
materials, there are no refunds once your order has gone into production. Orders
typically go into production within one business day from the time your order is
placed.
